I love Ice Cream, but sometimes it’s filled with unnecessary ingredients. So homemade ice cream is the way to go. I made this no-churn vanilla ice cream recipe.
I still haven’t invested in an ice cream machine. Not that it is costly, just because I’m currently living abroad and I’m planning on moving back home. So I had to learn how to make it without.
I wanted to share a very classic and simple flavour, vanilla. You can’t go wrong with a no-churn vanilla ice cream recipe.
This is a must try. I know I repeatedly say this but it is true.
Try this and let me know if you enjoy it.
Let’s get into this recipe.

Directions:
- In a stand mixer or using your hand mixer, whisk the cream until stiff peaks starts to form then add the condensed milk and vanilla beans. Mix until everything is incorporated.
