Smoothies are everybody’s go to snack or breakfast meal, especially a green smoothie. A green smoothie recipe is filled with both veggies and fruits. It’s perfect for kids also that are scared of eating their vegetables.
You can customise any smoothie to your taste, they are simple to make and quick. If you don’t want to miss out on your daily dose of nutrients then you need to incorporate smoothies into your day.

Ingredients:
(serves 1)
- 1 Green apple, sliced
- 1 Kiwi, sliced and skin removed
- A handful of spinach, washed
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Honey
Directions:
- In a blender add all the ingredients and blend for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
