For all my smoothie fanatics out there, this amazing berry pink smoothie recipe is the perfect way to kick off your morning or perfect for a sweet healthy snack.
Whenever we start a new year, each one of us start by making a new year’s resolution and by May we forget all about it.
My resolution for this year was to be healthier, eat healthy foods, cut down on junk food and workout more. And the reality is… I haven’t been doing any of it, so this month I am pressing the restart button so that I can’t fulfil my resolution.
To get a fresh start, I started incorporating more smoothies. One of my favourite smoothies that I have been loving these mornings is this Berry Pink Smoothie recipe.
Besides pink being my favourite colour, this smoothie is one of my faves because of the taste. I love the ingredients I used to make this creamy, healthy, pink goodness.
For this Berry Pink Smoothie recipe to be creamy and have the right amount of sweetness (naturally), I used a handful of strawberries, raspberries and bananas.
But I must admit that the creamy, smooth texture comes from the greek yogurt I used. Now, if you are vegan or dairy-free you can replace the greek yogurt with coconut milk or even vegan yogurt.
I hope you enjoy the recipe.
Now, let’s get into it.
