Coconut Milk with Fresh Coconut
Ingredients
- 2 Fresh coconut
- 3-4 cups Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crack and remove the coconut from the shell.
- Chop the coconut into chunks and place in a blender, along with the vanilla extract and water.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Once it is well blended, strain it into a bottle using a cheesecloth or sieve.
