Easy Caribbean Carrot Punch
This easy Caribbean carrot punch is more than just a carrot juice. It is made with carrots, milk and spices. It is delicious.
Ingredients
- 4-6 medium Carrots peeled, washed and sliced
- 1 & 1/4 cup Evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
Instructions
- Blend the sliced carrots, water, evaporated milk, spices, vanilla extract and the sugar.
- Once everything is well blended, strain the punch into a pitcher using a cheesecloth or a sieve.
- Serve immediately with ice or refrigerate.
