Easy Caribbean Carrot Punch

This easy Caribbean carrot punch is more than just a carrot juice. It is made with carrots, milk and spices. It is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 medium Carrots peeled, washed and sliced
  • 1 & 1/4 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cloves

Instructions

  • Blend the sliced carrots, water, evaporated milk, spices, vanilla extract and the sugar.⁠⁠
  • Once everything is well blended, strain the punch into a pitcher using a cheesecloth or a sieve.⁠⁠
  • Serve immediately with ice or refrigerate.⁠⁠
