Passion fruit is a Caribbean/tropical fruit. It comes in various colors. There are many different ways to use this fruit. People tend to make juices, cocktails and cakes with them. We took this amazing fruit and made something less conventional with it. We decided to make this easy Passion Fruit Whipped Cream recipe.
Whipped cream is a famous American dessert. People often use it on top of sundaes, cakes, milkshakes, coffees… Usually you find these classic flavors vanilla, chocolate or strawberry. While those flavors are great, we thought we should add a tropical twist to this American classic.

Passion Fruit Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy cream, cold
- 4 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh passion fruit juice
Instructions
- Using a hand or stand mixer, whisk the heavy cream until peaks start to form.
- Add the passion fruit juice and the powdered sugar.
- Whisk again for at least 1 minute.
