No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

I love Ice Cream, but sometimes it’s filled with unnecessary ingredients. So homemade ice cream is the way to go. I made this no-churn vanilla ice cream recipe. 

I still haven’t invested in an ice cream machine. Not that it is costly, just because I’m currently living abroad and I’m planning on moving back home. So I had to learn how to make it without.

I wanted to share a very classic and simple flavour, vanilla. You can’t go wrong with a no-churn vanilla ice cream recipe.

This is a must try. I know I repeatedly say this but it is true.

Let’s get into this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1+1/4 cups Heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

  1. In a stand mixer or using your hand mixer, whisk the cream until stiff peaks starts to form then add the condensed milk and vanilla beans. Mix until everything is incorporated.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezable container and freeze for a minimum of six hours before serving. That is it, enjoy!
