Recently, I have been drinking smoothies on a regular basis. One of those smoothies that I have been enjoying is this Tropical Carrot Smoothie recipe.

Usually smoothies would usually be an occasional thing that I would buy at a smoothie bar. But lately, I have been wanting to enjoy something lighter for breakfast, this is mostly due to the fact that I don’t have much time in the morning anymore.

Not only is it easy to make just like all the other smoothies, but it is a great way to get your vegetable intake in. Since the main ingredient is carrots, this Tropical Carrot Smoothie recipe is the perfect way to enjoy some veggies. Not only will you enjoy it but your kids will as well.

Tropical Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots sliced and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Mango sliced into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Medium ripe banana sliced

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend all the ingredients until smooth.
