Mash the bananas then whisk in the egg, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, butter and almond essence. Whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix the together the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice , baking powder and baking soda.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, along with the milk.
Once the batter is mixed well, pour the batter into a piping bag and pour into the donut pan.
If you don't have any piping bags, you can spoon the batter into the pan.
