This banana bread french toast is a great way to use up those ripe bananas you have sitting there. It takes breakfast to a whole new level.

Ingredients
8-10slices Brioche breadhalved
2medium Ripe bananasmashed
2mediumEggs
1/4cupEvaporated milkat room temperature
3tspButter
1tspVanilla extract
1/2tspGround or freshly grated cinnamon
1/2tspGround or freshly grated nutmeg
1/2tspAlmond essence
1/4tspGrond allspice
1/4tspGround cloves
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs then whisk in the evaporated milk, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, salt and almond essence.
Warm a frying pan/skillet over medium heat then melt the butter.
Take a slice of the bread and coat each side with the batter. Drain off the excess.
Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes before removing from the pan.
When it's done drizzle on the pancake syrup and enjoy.
