Preheat oven to 375°F/180°C. Grease and line a 9 inch springform pan and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and vegetable oil until the mixture is light and well incorporated. Stir in the yogurt and vanilla into the mixture.
Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix everything together, do not over mix.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean.
When it is done baking, remove from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes then remove from the pan and let it cool on a cooling rack for an additional 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
