Greek Steak Tacos & Tzatziki Sauce

Tacos

Flank steaks
cleaned and patted dry

Corn or flour tortillas
Tzatziki sauce:

Cucumber

Greek yogurt

Greek seasoning:

Dried basil

Pickled red onions:

Red onion
sliced
Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
The sauce:
Grate the cucumber and drain it using sifter. Discard the juice.
In a mixing bowl, add the grated cucumber, yogurt, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix everything together and set aside.
Pickled onions:
Mix together the slice red onions, lemon juice and salt. Mix them together and let it sit.
The seasoning:
Mix together the dried bail, dried oregano, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
The steaks:
Rub the seasoning on each sides of the steaks.
In a skillet, warm the olive oil then cook the steaks. I cook mines on each side for 7-8 minutes.
Once the steaks are done cooking, let the steak cool off before slicing them thinly.
The assembly:
In a tortilla, add the steak followed by the cucumber, pickled onions and finally the tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
