Season the chicken with the jerk marinade, salt and black pepper on each side. Let it marinade for at least 1 hour.
Cook on a stovetop grill or outdoor grill(if you own one) or frying pan over medium heat. Cook on each side for 5-7 minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
Once the chicken has cooled cut into slices and set aside.
Make the slaw:
In a bowl, add the shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime and sugar. Stir everything together.
Assembly:
Place the chicken on each tortilla then top with the slaw. You can also squirt some more lime juice on top as well.
