No-Churn Papaya Frozen Yogurt

Papaya

Greek plain yogurt
2-3
tbsp
Raw honey or agave or maple syrup or 1 cup of sugar
1
tsp
Vanilla extract
Juice of a lime
Instructions
Deseeding and cutting the papaya:
Slice the papaya in two and remove the seeds.
Peel off the skin and cut the papaya into chunks.
Making the froyo:
Place the papaya chunks, lime juice, vanilla extract, greek yogurt and honey or any sweetener of your choice into a food processor.
Process the ingredients together until everything is smooth and well combined.
Pour into a a freezable container or a loaf pan. Freeze for 6-8 hours.
Breaking the crystals:
After the 6-8 hours remove from the freezer, let it cool for a little while before breaking it into chunks.
Once you have successfully break it into chunks, place in aa food processor and process. Place the chunks in batches.
When everything is smooth and the chunks are broken down return to the container and freeze for 2-4 hours before enjoying.
