Quick Creamy Coconut Shrimps
This quick creamy coconut shrimps recipe is a super easy and tasty. It is made with coconut milk, shrimps and pimento peppers.

Ingredients
For the seasoning

uncooked and deveined

For the sauce

Instructions
Season the shrimps with the slt, black pepper and paprika.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and cook the shrimps on each side for 2-3 minutes or until they are pink. Then set aside.
Cook the pimento peppers and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the coconut milk, salt, black pepper and paprika.
Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the shrimps and cover them with the sauce. Let it simmer once again for 2-3 minutes.
