Instructions
Hot chocolate:
In a medium size pot over medium-low heat, heat the milk then stir in the sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved add the white chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted then add the vanilla.
Remove from the heat and add the food colouring, I used 4-6 drops to get that rich red colour. But the amount will depend on the type and brand of food colouring you are using.
"Blood":
In a small mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar then stir in the water. The texture you should be after is a syrup like texture. Add the food colouring until you get a bright red colour.
Assembly:
Pour the hot chocolate into cups then top with whipped cream and finally the blood. Enjoy!
