Ingredients
Seasoning for the chicken:
12Chicken wingscut in half
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
3tspPaprika
2tspSalt
1tspBlack pepper
1tspGarlic powder
Glaze:
1/2cupButterat room temperature
4tbspHoney
2tbspFresh cilantrochopped finely
4tspHot sauce
1tspSalt
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Preheat oven at 400°F/200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add the chicken wings and followed by the seasonings: paprika, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Mix everything together until the chicken wings are perfectly coated.
Place the wings on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes. Make sure to flip the chicken over at the 15 minute mark.
Melt the butter either in the microwave or over the stove.
Pour the melted butter into another mixing bowl to which you add the hot sauce, honey, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Stir everything together until well combined.
When the chicken has done baking, add them to the bowl with the glaze and mix them together.
Once each chicken has been coated with the glaze return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
